I have a mess of extrapyramidal disorders from Olanzapine and Fluoxetine: both the tardive dyskinesia and dystonia edge over into akathisia on bad days and feature daily symptoms that go beyond the bounds of "movement disorders". Eye pain, sensitivity to light, gastric distress, fatigue, and continuing weight loss all correlate with the dyskinetic spasms. We need some basic research on this; the drug companies have no idea what the long term effects of these drugs are, nor how many of us have been affected.

I just wish they would take a look at the latest scientific research that has shown that ANY ANTIDEPRESSANTS ARE DANGEROUS AND NEEDS TO BE TAPPING SLOWLY OUT OFF. at least 1 year for every 5 years you have been on it... max 5 percent of the previous dose and from 7 to 30 days between each drop

I was on xanax and klonopin for 30 years straight. Its unbelievable what these medications have done to me. Also paxil and others. This has to be stopped. The last 3 weeks before I got off these devil drugs (cold turkeyed) I tried to kill myself 3 times. Never in my life have I done such a thing.
