Return graduation to the stadium and not in the gym! Give these kids the same opportunity and graduation they deserve

Principal had a meeting, asked students what they would prefer for graduation. Majority of students wanted the TRADITIONAL OUTSIDE graduation ceremony colleton has been doing for years. Principal still decided to be ignorant and disregard everything us students have ever put input into at this school. The meeting we had on october 8th is when she told us our graduation would be in the gym. Also told us students any questions about graduation would not be answered. Like fr, 5 tickets is insane...

Kids do their best so once it gets to this time they can let their parents hear and see everything they have accomplished. Some people have more than 5 people in a group. They shouldn't be a big deal about them graduating outside. This is the seniors day they worked for this so do the right thing and let them graduate outside

Graduation is very important for a lot of us. My niece is graduating and he wants to be there for her.

Let the kids have their graduation at the stadium. It is the tradition of our school!

Very ridiculous and selfish. Do it outside and give more tickets. Night time is fine.

the gym is definitely NOT enough space for everyone’s family to attend.

This is not ok and there will be no time for celebrating one of the biggest days of some peoples lives afterwards.

The attendance of guests should be the #1 priority. The outdoor option allows for the most room for family. Indoors should be plan B for rain, not for the first choice. My child has 4 parents and 5 siblings. It would be a sad situation if we had to pick and choose who could attend.

Outside to accommodate more family members

I support my Grandchild. Make this a great graduation.

More space for family

For fair reasoning, increase the number of tickets and have the event outside during evening hours. However, if it rains the location is inside and 5 ticket max allowed.

As a graduate who was only allowed 3 people to be in the gym during graduation as a result of a storm, if I had the choice to change it I would have wanted it in the stadium so ALL my family could attend. Especially with split families. It’s not fair to make this decision this far out from graduation. Gym should be plan B. Not plan A.
