I dropped out after I had my sons, but 2020 was the year we all looked forward to because we could graduate and be “done” with school, These guys deserve at least a postponed graduation, they’ve all worked so hard!!

This virus was out of our control. Yes it is a serious situation and should not be taken lightly, but it will end with proper measures and actions taken. With that being said, we had our senior year robbed. We have already missed out on so many memories that we had been looking forward to since we were kids, and I don’t want walking across that stage and receiving my diploma to be another thing taken from me.

I am Emma Ament’s aunt, and I understand how she feels about having a real graduation. They are just asking that it be postponed until it’s safe to have one. They’ve worked hard, and they deserve it. As a student, you dream of your graduation day. Don’t take that away from them. They can never get it back.

Graduation is something thay we have all looked forward to for so many years. A postponement is so much better than having it cancelled. The class of 2020 is already missing out on so many memories. We should have the chance to see our classmates and teachers again in person at our graduation.

If we could organize a way to get everyone included I believe this should be made up to students as almost every generation behind us got to have a graduation

I’m a senior this year and everything that I looked forward to this year is being cancelled. These two weeks that we don’t have school is making me more anxious then Ive ever been. We have to make all of it up. My graduation might be post poned and I may not be able to walk across that stage because of schools going online. I worked my ass off the past 12 years of my life just to be able to walk across that stage. I want to feel that feeling that I have accomplished something big, and for not only my parents to be proud but to be proud of myself because it was not easy I wanted to give up, and I didn’t because I pushed through. I think I’m more upset at the fact that I don’t get to spend these last couple of months with the kids I grew up with. I may never have a chance To see them again because I’ll be in the army. I’m genuinely upset and disappointed

I want to graduate just like everyone else had the chance to! I want that final moment with all my friends throwing their hats and my name to be said as I walk across the stage. I want to be able to decorate my hat for more then just to sit on my shelf. We have worked 13 years for this moment I have looked forward to it my whole life! Let’s not cancel let’s reschedule if we need.

There has to be SOMETHING we can do for these kids. They are missing one of the most important, memorable and shapable years of their lives.
