Class of 2020 Graduation

Would love to see my niece walk across that stage. She worked hard and deserves that.

I have a granddaughter that is graduating from Skyview and I don’t want her to miss one of the biggest accomplishment of her life time. How unfair to not have one for them. They all earned it, it is bad enough that they don’t get to have spring sports, music finales, their senior prom to mention a few. Please consider the kids in this one.

Postpone the ceremony-let them walk!

Let them walk! They will remember it for the rest of their lives!

Just helping all seniors

I’m not even a senior but seniors should be able to walk on stage and accept their diplomas. they didn’t go through all those years on school to get their diplomas over a skype call.

I feel as though these hard working students should get their chance to walk the stage just as their parents, friends, and family have done so. Some of these students will be the first to graduate from high school and therefore be celebrated for such a big accomplishment.

These seniors have worked so hard to walk across that stage. They have earned that.

Please brainstorm and come up with a graduation ceremony for these students that have strived to reach this important milestone in their life. What about an outside ceremony with bring your own seating? Or in metra and tape off seats so that people are more spread out? I understand that this doesn’t stop the virus, but it is a reminder for people to be aware. Face masks required to enter? There must be a way to make this happen. And do it before summer break ends. I am a supporter of social distancing. My son is an ICU nurse. I don’t want this virus to overwhelm our system and community members. But with social distancing now, by the end of May, this should be able to happen in person (not over the internet) one way or another.

Please let these kids have their graduation!! Postpone the ceremony, don't cancel it!!

These young deserve the “Graduation Ceremony “ they have earned after attending school for 13 years!!!

Doesn't matter when it takes place. Let it happen.

We spent 12 years of our life working our butts off at school to be able to close this chapter of our lives by walking the stage wearing our caps and gowns, and hearing our parents cheer for our names. Virtual graduation makes it seem like that doesn’t matter at all and it can easily be replaced. Move graduation to a different date if queen time does not allow us to have it the same date as planned.

Please postpone graduation! Let the kids walk the stage and celebrate this incredible accomplishment!!!!

I’ve been waiting my son hole life to see him walk across that stage unfortunately when I was a kid my dad didn’t come to my graduation and I want to be there for my boy My son had many opportunities to drop out of school and race motocross and has decided to stay in school to finish his education before following his dreams walking across the stage is part of the dream

They should be given an opportunity at a later date to have a cermony.

Please give their graduation- dont take that from them , they have worked so hard
