I was misled I pay for a 2.5 star hotel in Cape cod and I get a 1 or non star ultra chip motel with 60 percent terrible reviews.

They are not willing to refund or change the date of a car rental I made and are saying it is because I received a "HOTRATE" discount.

Bait and switch, they change dates on you after you enter yours and hope you don't notice. Then they say YOUR dates cost double.

Hotwire scammed me out of 534.00 for a flight on April 4, 2017 I am very disappointed and would like to see something done to those scammers!

June 1 2017 i tried to order a room on hotwire.com and the advertisement stated that they had four rooms available on Billy Graham in Charlotte North Carolina. I attempted to place a reservation from June 1 to June 3. As I slid the green arrow to book the room the app stated that the deal was no longer available. So when I tried to book another room the app declined my card which i had just placed my funds. When I contacted my bank they stated that my funds was placed on hold for a reservation at hotwire. I am a father of 5 and had to sleep inside my car because they placed my funds on hold.

Hotwire overbooked my hotel but never notified me. The hotel told me when I arrived (at 2am) that Hotwire should have notified me because the hotel already turned away several other Hotwire customers in the same position. Hotwire took 2 hours to find me another hotel, 30 minutes away (arrived there at 4:30am, only to be told check out was 10am). Had to even pay a higher resort fee at replacement hotel. Hotwire could care less, they got their money from me. I feel a lawsuit would make them act a little more responsible.

I want to see a class-action lawsuit against Hotwire.com for stealing people's money. They take your money on a "hot rate" reservation and then when you get to the hotel they don't have your reservation and you have to pay again!! That's false advertising, fraud, and theft.

hOTWIRE LIED ABOUT GIVING CREDIT FOR ANOTHER FLIGHT DUE TO MISPELLED NAME ON AIRLINE TICKET AS LONG AS I USED IT WITHIN A YEAR THROUGH SAME AIRLINE. CALL TO CLAIM CREDIT LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING AFTER CONFIRMING i WOULD GET VOUCHER. sIAD THEY COULD NOT HONOR DUE TO AIRLINE POLCY. THEN AS AWAY TO BE EVEN MORE DECEITFUL FOR THE TICKET THEY AGREED FOR USE THTA DAY OUT OF TWO THEY REBOOK ME THROUGH A AGENCY CALL TRIP ADVISOR. tHEN WROTE ME BACK SAYING i BROUGHT BOTH TICKETS FROM AIRLINE I WENT OUT WITH FOR TRAVEL.

I have a friend who booked an airline with hotwire and everything was fraudlent , the times were screwed up and when they complained as usual there was never going to be a refund. The govt should shut down this fraudlent website fleasing people of millions

i have a recorded conversation with a hotwire rep who is guarenteeing me on details of a reservation making promises on numerous occasions and ten once my money is taken it is not what i was guarenteed.
