I agree with that because i can’t be online 12 hours in game for all tasks and missions and new updates and there glitches in game in kvk and …. I hope game getting batter. Thanks …

we want competent customer service that listens to and serves its customers and not some sort of clan of censor officials who say no, don't answer questions ... in short, laughing at customers !! We want a FLUID, RELIABLE, STABLE game and not endlessly unnecessary novelties without interest and which weigh down the game, make it more complex and multiply new bugs...

We want the game to be fair to all players! Currently the game favors Chinese players and big spenders. They also never honor their word in making compensation for losses players suffer due to glitches in the game which are their fault! I play in Kingdom 94.

Agree 100%, too much glitches and new upgrades who ask players to spend tons totally kills the fun. Even big spenders are tired and quitting. Elex really need to adjust this game for it come back fun
