Today, more than ever, we need General Wesley K. Clark in the White House. Obviously, Clark is not going to be President this time around -- unfortunately. However, he can be Vice President, which is not too shabby either. So, let\'s make a strong push for the Democratic nominee to select Wes Clark as their running mate in 2008 . Whoever that nominee turns out to be, General Clark will provide tremendous national security and foreign policy credentials to complement the ticket. Clark\'s reputation is stellar, his vision for America highly progressive - in the best "Teddy Roosevelt progressive" sense -- and his public speaking skills extraordinary.
