Releasing him to the city with access to his victim is just wrong. Adding the excuse “to keep a close eye on him”? Ridiculous. And clearly incompetent. This poor woman deserves protection, not further terror. Lisa LeBlanc

This is disgusting, why do these people (found guilty and will “likely” reoffend, have any rights??!!!

Why is the public held in the dark regarding habitual abusers like this? They will not change. Every woman is a target for people like him. Time to change it.

*People* like Mr Cole need to be kept in jail. 13 prior convictions of assault and all he gets is three years less time served? And to be worried about HIS safety? What about the safety of his victim and her family? This needs to STOP! victims Come first, not the criminals!

I have been a victim of abuse and lying by a man. A poor excuse for a man. He defrauded me of my time, health, mental stability and money. As far as I know, I am his 3rd or 4th victim.
