The club use to be the central meeting point for a lot in the community, it has been such a shame to see this gone.

A working bar is fundamental to the gaa community. To have a gathering point for players after games and to help them celebrate events is an essential part of players integration in to the club and the clubs integration into the community.

Long before our involvement, the local community put in so much hard word and fundraising to develop the clubhouse we now have. It’s a crying shame to see it effectively closed.

Club feels dead without the bar and hall. Great nights were had there, pub quizzes, Christmas nights etc. Real pity
