To unisa CLA1503 Lectures and senior exam management team
As a concern group of the CLA1503 students we are not satisfied of the exam we wrote on the 22 October 2020 due to the following reasons.
Most students we encountered technical difficulties to sumit our exam on that unisa portal.We did make follow up with lectures to raise that issue and some of students we got response with the link to submit as alternative portal.
We are off the view that exam should be run rewrite or the alternative portal exam be considered for marking process because its not our fault.
We give you 5 working days to respond our petetion.
We trust that you will consider our petition favourably

I have spent my entire morning reading your messages about the technical failures during the exam and feeling the exact same frustration myself. We are currently drafting a formal follow up letter to the department to ensure they cannot ignore the volume of students who were locked out of the portal.

The momentum behind this plea proves that I am not the only one feeling abandoned by the current exam process. Watching this grow is incredibly validating because it shows the university that our stress is a collective experience they cannot ignore.

I did not submit because of technical issues. I am very heart broken, I merely think of sitting for 5 hours for nothing and now I can't even start my new qualification through this issue nextyear.
Struggled with submitting, If only we were told about the alternative submitting portal before starting the exam as we were told about the exams not being accepted if submitted by email.
Finished My exam as early as 14:15, scanned everything and suffered or struggled to submit for almost 2 hours until the portal closed without and success
Dear Sir/Madam On the 22 October 2020, in Port Edward there was no Electricity from 8:00 to 14:30, I started to written an exam for 30 minutes, I even wasn't complete my assessment, I struggled to submit it. I will appreciate if I will have another chance to write an exam again Thank you
The icon/tool that allowed students to submit multiple files as per exam instructions was not available on the on the day of the exam how is that possible.
I was stressing, system was giving me problem. i wrote in a hurry. i would like to re-write.

I did not manage to submit CLA1503 exam because of scanned douments that became pink in colour and some were not clear visible. I decided to print it then,by the time I finished submittion window was closed.
