The Civil Wars are probably one of the best bands to appear in recent years & they are famous for doing brilliant cover versions of classic tunes. Unlike most bands, they put a definite twist on any song they cover which brings it into their own style. I'd really like to hear them covering Metallica's Nothing Else Matters, as it is one of the best rock/metal ballads ever written & I think it would sound great as one of their beautiful melancholy duets.
