Petition Statement Reform Bill enactment on Civil Rights issues to include all races. The current law depicts favoritism towards Blacks only, therefore it is Unconstitutional in nature. In addition, reform on campaign polices to include candidates from every race membership in this country, which O'bama has neglected to enter into. In this Reform Bill, membership representation by each race must have a 3rd Party representative candidate to represent that individual race contingency for federal and State elections. If no provisions are made in 2013, then the 2008 & 2012 elections are subject to action of impeachment under miss use of public office to promote a single race favored agenda on the U.S. and for privileged gain. Petition Background The Democrats have initiated a Race Campaign issue in 2008 with O'bama's statement to the facts. He nor the representatives of the Democratic party have included new provisions into law which will force all future campaigns to include candidates of all race membership in the U.S. The Civil Rights Bill is designed to give special privileges to Blacks only as it is worded. This is a Constitutional Violation on every other member of this society in the U.S., more so for those whose Civil Rights are not being enforced by authority in Federal or State jurisdiction. O'bama has failed the citizens yet again in neglect of duty to the rights of other Americans in need of protection and justice for violations suffered by the hands of others.
