We're receiving allowance and not salaries, we deserve a better condition of service.

LGS also deceive better condition of service and good salary structure,all what we want is equal work equal pay.

I am interested in knowing the outcome of the Conditions of Service and the New Salary Structure. There are a few issues with our salaries I wish to point out. 1. Salaries of Professional and Sub-Professionals on the same grade are the same. For instance a Level 16, 18,19,20 on the Sub-Professional earns same as a Levels 16,18,19,20 on the Professional grade. There must be some disparity for instance 16L, 18L,19L, 20L for Sub-Professional and 16H, 18H, 19J, 20H for Professionals. 2. We work from 8am-5pm each day unlike our Nurses and Teachers who close earlier yet we do 4years and 5years promotion whiles they do 3years before promotion. 2. There is no definite timelines for conducting interviews as such if you are due for promotion interview in March, nothing compels the interview panel to conduct the interview in March. The panel can have the interview in August or whenever they demm fit and when it gets to issuing promoting letters, they lump all together meanwhile you could be March while others are July yet you all get the same letter. 3.

We deserve some respect too.
