What had happened to the negotiations on conditions of service negotiated on 2022 that was to take effect on 2023, which hasn't be achieved yet. Illegal deduction of our money must stopped.

I suggest we press on for our leadership to a strike early June So we could possibly demand the implementation of the signed MOU But if we should wait till we enter the month of July from my point of view that new salary structure may not see the light of day, #lets push it now!!!

The new salary structure must be implemented now to make local government attractive once again. The youth are not encourage to join the service bcoz of poor conditions of service and people who joined the service for some other reasons, See's it as a stepping stone hoping for some better opportunities.
