The library has kept the same hours for over 13 years even though the city population has grown substantially. The residents want the library to be open longer and we need to petition the council to approve these longer hours of operation.  We need to show how many residents of Wylie want the library open more hours because the council continues to deny these extra hours each budget cycle.
