Edinburgh based employees of Cityjet would like to show our support of keeping the current 6-3 pattern and to emphasise that any roster patter with only 2 consecutive days off would be 'un-workable' and extremely detrimental to the private and family lives of many of the hard working pilots and Cabin Crew in Edinburgh base, partly due to the fact the majority are already commuting home on there days off due to constant early starts and late finishes.
This petition will be forwarded to management, CEF, IPA and UNITE UK.

Reaching this level of support has been exhausting yet necessary for all of us struggling with the proposed changes. Seeing this level of consensus gives me the strength to push forward when the work feels endless.

My husband is exhausted as it is. Two days off is just not enough time to recover and see his family. Leave the roster alone.
RIDICULOUS idea to change it. clearly management has no clue what the crews actual life is like.

The 6-3 works for everyone. dont mess with a good thing just because someone in an office decides they want to change it. keep it as is.
