This petition proposes that we build a bubble around all these major cities to keep it at a constant enjoyable temperature. Further more it will stimulate the economy. Tourists will feel welcome at all points of the year, with the same pleasurable weather experience. Furthermore than simply the heat issue, there is the smell issue that can be experienced in many of these cities. For instance, take a walk through Times Square and if you're there at the wrong point of the day, you may just vomit. We propose a sort of potpourri or air freshener be added to the air.
