We noticed a weird increase in our water bill as well. Our bill doubled with the new change which is very odd as there is only 2 of us in our home and in the 3 month program we paid the minimum amount...now it more than doubled in the new payment system. Just weird how it it jumped so drastically.

Only 2 people in our household and our bills are close to the bills of a family of 6. We DO NOT waste water and have new washer which uses less water than an older one.

My average bill was $67 / month with quarterly billing, now I'm paying $100+ / month since the switch. What !?!

My water bills are the same amount for one month as they were for 3.....no leaks and not very much watering going on. Something is not right!!

Our water bill has been outrageous. We have cut back as much as we can, we can't even water our plants and grass. And limited showers. And even then the bill is outrageous.
