Please take the time to look at what this park has done for the youth of your community. Kids need a safe place to ride and hang out with guidance and supervision. Taking this park away is going to have these kids looking for other places to ride i.e. Parking lots, private business, community areas.

Save Graffiti Skate Zone!! It's my home park and my home. Dan Hatcher has done, so much for the community and the city of Palm Bay and us skater that come here everyday after class. Now it's time for the city to help the kids and Dan Hatcher dream that's been happening for the past 16 years. Please be open minded.

Thank you everyone for the kind words and continued support. Our community needs this place. Whether or not I continue to operate it is really not the issue. Having it continue in the same format that has been well established over the years is what will be best for our kids and families now and in the future. Not to mention the impression it can continue to make for our city of Palm Bay all around the country.

Please keep this park open for the children.there's very little left for our teens and adolescents. This park gave them a safe and happy place not too mention most parents could afford it unlike baseball, football, soccer which in my youth was free to to all the kids until greed took over.please help keep the kids off the streets and out of trouble because of boredom. The town really needs to step up for these kids.

This park changed my life. Graffiti Skate Zone is the sole reason why I did well in school, stayed away from drugs, and became the person I am today. As a college graduate now working as a top Recruiter in my firm. I can see why Dan Hatcher and the Graffiti Skate Zone culture is so important in the daily lives of each individual skateboarder. The park gave us goals and structure, set by Dan himself.
Go to your "free parks" aka. the park off Degroot. We see young new skaters with Mom and Dad turned off by the sport because we have to individuals selling and using drugs, drinking alcohol, constantly swearing and making the park seem like their territory. THIS IS A PROBLEM.
This place is a must.
