City of Palm Bay Re-Open GSZ

This skatepark is a home. It needs to be reopened.

Re-open Grafitti Skate Zone!

I would absolutely love to see this park reopen!! It means so much to the young people, as well as, older skaters. It was a wonderful outlet for everyone with so much camaraderie and friendship amongst the youth and families. My grandson has gained not only improved skateboarding skills but skating etiquette, patience and respect of others!! They are all values he can carry forward in his life. Dan Hatcher is a wonderful role model and continually instilled positive life skills in all of the skateboarders at the park when it was open! I very much hope the park will reopen!!

This is a positive excercise and friend/team building opportunity for kids in our area so why take that away. It gets kids outside and engaged with each other on a positive activity. Let's encourage them to play games and stay indoors because that seems more logical...

Please open this park back up

My grandson learned to skate here when he was 12. He became the man he was because of GSZ. He died last` year in an accident. Now his son at 2 years old is just beginning to want to skate and we want him to have the experiences that his father did.

Do it for the kids!!

Keep the park going

I never got too good at skating, but the times I went here were beyond memorable. This place helped many of my friends grow and mature, and gave them a safe place to express themselves daily. I can't bear to see it shut down.

This park is the hangout for all my friends and I to be ourselves and just be teens.

I've done lots of work at this park for timmy and many other kids Needs to be available for our future kids

Keep it open!!!

Please save the skatepark, loved by many

GSZ is.a great place for our youth to be at.Not only is it supervised by adults it offers a safe place for everyone.I am a single paralyzed father that raises my kids full time by my self and GSZ and Dan has helped my kids out so many times from letting them skate there to helping them with getting gear and all the other skaters and kids there are all great people and will help anyone out without even thinking about it.The people that go to graffiti site zone are great people and don't bully others and encourage everyone because of the great environment that they have been allowed to practice and hang out in with such great people.

Keep this skate park open. It is a safe place for kids to socialize and be active outdoors.

Palm bay needs to keep this skate park open. So many young kids keep outa trouble and find themselves a some great friends as well as awesome mentors. This is the only structured things left for kids in palm bay. Lets not take it away.

Please save this skatepark as a safe place for our young to learn and grow into responsible adults. Dan is a great role model.

This is a very special place to my family. My nephew who was tragically killed in an accident in 2015 grew up at this park and really looked up to Dan Hatcher. Dan is an amazing man. My own son also loves graffiti. This is the place he feels closest to his cousin Michael. Pease do not let a safe haven for children to come shut down.
