there is no reason for this. so many talented individuals formed at this park. i'm jealous of some who have spent long hours practicing and obtaining a quality skill there.

My kids loved graffiti as younger kids, teens and even now as young adults and have only good memories of skating there with friends and strangers that became friends. There they learned sharing, good sportsmanship and patience. They also grew pride and self confidence the more they practiced and accomplished. Our family loves Graffiti!!!

I grew up 5 minutes away from GSZ, and skated there all the time. There are no other skateparks in the area now that it is closed. With the love and support from people like Dan and GSZ I became an Engineer moved to Baltimore for a year and relocated back to Melbourne with Northrop Grumman to be back in my home town. I have traveled a lot with work to California. I love going out there for work because Venice beach has a world famous skatepark on the beach (I skate there every time I go). Now that I moved back to Melbourne, not having GSZ lowers the value of all of melbourne for me. Having a nice skatepark increases the value of Melbourne & Palmbay significantly. The community needs a skatepark, without it Melbourne is just a bunch of roads, buildings, and schools with nothing fun to go out and do. Please PalmBay Bring back GSZ!!!!

I personally never skated here, but I know many many people who have, including my brother. I want to see this place back up and running again.
Let the good times roll!
