i am not happy about this and how is it 6 ppl can just up and vote on this.should the ppl allowed to vote also. i dont need dictatorship

these town officials are really getting ignorant, strting to act like national politicians and we all know how that is working out. get over yourselves and try to do things that are important to the community instead of this idiocy, just remember lincoln, vote all incumbants out and get some people in there that know what real issues are.

I think the noise order is way out of line. If is was something impoticular I could understand it but to just make up an ordance to make someone happy is too much.

I believe this is beyond ones rights to live a normal life. Disagree with several things on the Noise Ordinance.

this ordinance is by far rediculas...we have rights why should we let Lincoln Illinois go against constitution of united states. or our rights as citizen
