Very similar to an incident that involved my mother inlaw. Some of these officers are completely out of hand and someone needs to make an example out of at least one of them!

Had several people complain about the city police they are all young kids trying to build a reputation than serve the community

This is PATHETIC!!!! This just goes to show you how corrupt the system is. There is no words for this but "DOWN RIGHT WRONG," and that's the nice way of putting it. That's the reason why the ppl takes the law in their own hands cause it's a joke the system we have.

He isn't the only cop that need to lose his job. Everyone at the city police post needs to lose there job. They are good at illegally holding someone without arresting them or letting them call there lawyer.

This is a shame. I know Parmalee personally. You will not find a more Godly woman than her. I have talked to her several times and this has made her lose sleep and have nightmares. I think this man used poor judgement. Something needs to be done to protect good people from this kind of abuse.

Unbelievable that an upstanding citizen of hazard be treated this way!! This officer obviously was not properly trained and does not have the ability to be an officer!!

Cops like this give all cops a bad name. This poor lady should not have endured this and Officer Everidge should be the one in jail for the hell that he caused her. I am so sick of police officers thinking they are above the law and assuming that everyone is guilty until proven innocent! Please fire this man and send a strong message that police abusing their power will not be tolerated!

This women is a great lady and it really has affected her everyine that knows her knew this was not true..it's a crime if I report a false incident to the police but apparently it's not a crime for the police to create a false incident report and ruin someone life and tarnish thier reputation just so they can make hisself look like a big shot in front of a new officer in training! That tells me not only is thier one lunatic with a badge but he's trying to create an army of Cops that instead of doing there jobs and protecting innocent citizens they harass and put little defenseless elder women in the pokey!!! And that is no place for someone who's never committed a crime that place ain't fit for a dog pound let along to house people and they treat them awful so I agree he need to lose his job because his family hasn't lost any sleep over this just hers...wording to death about her because of her emotional distress which is completely undue... I honestly don't expect them to do it but city of hazard knows they are in the wrong and if they will let this happen to a good women like her then no one is safe!!! For once perry county do something about your corruption
