That is pathetic! She obviously didn't do anything wrong! Police officers are supposed to PROTECT not HARASS people!

That sounds just like the Barney Fife deputies we are privileged to have out here protecting us. Doesn't this make everyone feel much more safe knowing "these guys" are watching out for us???

This is a shame, they are there to protect and serve not harass and jail. He should receive the same treatment for this mistake. Maybe he would be a little more inclined to do the right thing next time.
