Invest funding into some positive teen centers. Have former gang members and adults that can relate to todays youth run them. Change is needed in this city.

These kids are wild, & they shouldn't be outside at 12 & 1 in the morning with out parents. I use to work in a local grocery store overnights & I don't understand why 12 & 13 year olds are trying to steal from a grocery store at night at 2/3 in the morning. They peppered sprayed our night security & I don't understand why or how they got it.

Set time for under age kids to be inside will be a good thing it just might help the numbers of deaths happening and out of control negative violence in Albany way too much is going on i won't let my son go outside and play no where do to the large amount of killing going on I'm not putting my son 6 feet under before myself here or end up leaving him without a mother from me pertection him no force this
