As I look at building looming over the sidewalks on Broad, west of AABoulevard, with no style and no positive effect on t her vibe of Scott’s Addition, I know the city can do much better.

This is a very offensive effort by our Planning Director to go back on what he agreed to previously. The West Grace Street Association had extensive conversations with him when the Master plan was being considered and at that time he put the 12 story limit into writing in the Master plan. It was well understood that the 12 story limit was to carry over when the actual rezoning was done.
