Architecture is a beautiful and neutral to showcase the city's distinctive areas in a positive, enjoyable way. Keep the high-rises downtown and stick to the 2017 plan. No need to torque what's working extremely well already.

We the people who live in the proposed area deserve more transparency and to have a voice in these decisions.

Keep 20 stories downtown. 12 floors is high enough.

Would love to see what the almost-built 12 story buildings look like in 5 years... Not thinking (except for one) they will age well and be a long-term asset.

Building 20 story skyscrapers won’t stop people from needing cars.

No, WE don't need or want 20 stories. The planning commission is broken.

20 stories is a skyscraper and belongs downtown, not in this area between Belvidere and Arthur Ashe Blvd.

This will force people to relocate and lose the right to live in the downtown area. Rents will go up which will turn the area into another Lower Manhattan. What is appealing to this area is that it is affordable, we do not want to lose that.

RIchmond gets a lot of its charm and character from the quality of life offered by the greater “Fan” neighborhood. 12 Stories is more than enough, and giving in to mega-developers will ruin the city.

The Planning Department was promoting TOD-1 (a compromise that surrounding neighborhoods agreed with for the sake of appropriate 12-story density) all the way up to February or March. Why the sudden and secretive bait and switch? Please vote no!

12 storeys is MORE than enough! Please vote no on 20 storey buildings on the Pulse Corridor Plan.

Please reject this building height! 12 story building is tall but reasonable.

Too much, dwarfing these beautiful neighborhoods. A city without character.

, I’m concerned about the character of the neighborhood. I’ve always thought of the fan to be like Georgetown in DC, where none of the buildings are taller than the capital. I
