Why is 12 stories okay? That seems out of scale for our neighborhoods! It appears VCU finds 6 stories high enough for their needs! Why not a six-story limit for both sides of Broad from Belvedere to Arthur Ashe in keeping with the height of VCU buildings along our shared length of Broad St?

Plan calls for 12 stories. Even that is too high. No way 20 works—except to line developer’s pockets
