I reside Shockoe Bottom but spend a good deal of time in the historic Fan. Please add my no vote on rezoning Broad between Ashe and Belvidere. The proposed 20-storey complex, grossly out of proportion in the Fan, would forever and sadly change the character of one of Richmond's very best neighborhoods. Thank you

Concur completely. People eager for a fast buck want this but not people who are lifelong or long-time residents.

This will unnecessarily add more congestion and stress on our infrastructure and only benefits the pockets of the developers who will strap us with issues.

This cannot happen!!! The residents who own property in this area should not have to have their homes impacted.

Way too dense and out of character for the neighborhood. Please stay with the original plan.

The proposed changes are not needed and are out of character for that stretch of Broad Street. The original plan is fine as is.

Please either vote No or wait until in-person meetings can be held so that public input can be received. Thank you.

Why do we need buildings this tall overlooking our historic district. The limit should be no more than 6-8 stories.

No 20 story buildings! Where will they park?

Limit the number of stories so as not to dwarf neighbors that add to Rva's historic character.

I oppose the 20+ story proposed rezoning, and support the TOD-1, 12-story height limitations that City Council approved as part of the Pulse Corridor Plan.

Please vote yes! Richmond is growing. There are plenty cities that have buildings that high that do not ruin the character of the neighborhood they are in. Boston, PHilly & Pittsburgh come to mind.

I'm opposed to the rezoning of Broad street to allow for 20+ stories as buildings of that size would be too high and out of character with the rest of the historic neighborhoods in that area of Broad St. City Council adopted 12-story height limitations in 2017 as part of the Pulse Corridor Plan and that's what they should stick to now.

I am against increasing the building number of stories in the Pulse corridor between Belvidere and Arthur Ashe Blvd.

Please don’t allow buildings that are 20+ stories and are not architecturally appropriate for our neighborhood; it would change the character of the community that we have invested our lives and resources in.
