So many buildings in need of removal. They create unsafe, unsanitary havens for crime, and an eyesore for that prohibits a positive image for an area that is crying out for change and betterment

Tear down these condemned buildings, raise law enforcement pay and stop giving out so much welfare. Also increase penalties for all crimes especially property crimes.
