This is a wonderful safe housing addition. Don’t run it by opening up an avenue for more traffic and higher chances of crime. These kids won’t be able to walk outside alone anymore because of so much traffic ad u know people not to mention the potential danger of crime and speeding cars.

I am all for growth of Centerton but the roads are not ready for growth as fast as two multi-family complexes within a couple of miles of each other. I am also concerned regarding privacy through our very open neighborhood and the safety of children with the inevitable increased traffic through the neighborhood.

Opposed to additional apartment complex.

I dont think adding another multi-home complex is the best idea, in regards to additional traffic and single home investment values. I'm all for commercial properties such as businesses but multi-family homes, I have to vote against.

Current zoning as R-2 is just fine. Build some nice houses in that area. I'm sure they will be popular once the school is built down the road.

I am deeply concerned that the roads can not accommodate the traffic that would be generated by the proposed re-zoning.

I am against this complex being built until modifications are made to the intersection of Vaughn Rd and HWY 102 to handle the growth this complex will add to this area of town.

We paid very good money for our homes and the location of seclusion and do not want the added traffic and possibility for crime that comes along with lower income apartments.

Our property values, children, and community does NOT yet another multi family unit! Especially so close to one that is already being constructed!

Not interested in having the increased traffic on Monroe and Bradley.
