There’s no reason in this matter to vacate the will of the people expressed through their vote in the most recent election.
Judge Harada should be retained in her position on the bench.

I have spent time with Mrs.Harada on delver all occasions. Ashley has always been honest, fair and upfront about her choices and opinions. She cares about the well being of others and is always willing to offer a helping hand

This is now my 4th comment which will be deleted since this is clearly an echo chamber for people who do not want to answer my questions. So I am going to try again!
1) Are all of you that have signed this supporting lying on a resume? Yes or no?
2) Are all of you that have signed this supporting lying under oath? Yes or no?
3) Are all of you who signed this okay with breaking the law (laws for running for judge and tax law)? Yes or no?
4) Are all of you okay with lying about a kid to ruin their future? Yes or no?
Ashley ADMITTED she did all of these things! In any other profession getting fired wouldn’t even be a question! Stop confusing being a nice person with a defense for breaking the law, breaking rules, lying and hurting people!

I support Judge Harada. She has always been a great voice for the at risk children of our community. We need her on the bench.

We support the decision of the Judicial Standards Commission and we are asking that Judge Harada be allowed to maintain her seat as District Court Judge in Yellowstone County. We do not support removing a duly elected judge. Removing Judge Harada from the bench would be detrimental to our judicial system and the electoral process.
The complainants in this matter were all supporters of Judge Harada's opponent and they have now taken the highly unusual step of attempting to change the outcome of the election. The purpose of the Judicial Standards Commission is to investigate these matters thoroughly. To upset that process because of the lobbying and bullying of a group of attorneys is a disservice.
