I am opposed to the rezoning application, PD18-0033 (Genecov Investments) that would permit the construction of up to 525 apartment units in and around the Hollytree neighborhood.

Hollytree Drive already has high traffic with police have to monitor the traffic and speeds. We do not need congestion and possibly more crime in this area. We already have to much and having to put up camera to catch the crimes being committed here constantly.

This was not what we were told when we purchased our homes.
I think we as a subdivision should get the best LAWYER possible to fight this. It would be a lot cheaper to do this vs the loss in revenue we will receive when this occurs. Let’s look into this ASAP. Also need to really look into the developer, and his influence on the board.
