This affects ALL AMERICANS.
The result we now have is a Popular and Electoral Vote that cannot be considered accurate and has been blatantly abused.
The Pennsylvania Legislature has the power WITHOUT THE COURTS to fix a process that was flawed from the beginning.
We elect our state Senators and House Members to protect and represent our Constitutional Rights, right?
Each lawmaker takes an OATH to do just that—PROTECT US and our RIGHTS as Americans.
Do you feel YOUR RIGHTS are being PROTECTED?
What can YOU do about it?
Take your place at the table in our Commonwealth according to our INDIVIDUAL CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS guaranteed to EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN.

Please sign this petition which states we expect and demand that our elected Senators and House Members exercise their DUTY and RESPONSIBILITY to call a SPECIAL SESSION and APPOINT PENNSYLVANIA’s electors independently and without consideration of the TAINTED popular vote.
We will accept no alternative.

Rationale for Petition:
When a state’s Electoral College is chosen, it is usually based on the results of the Popular Vote.
BUT, the Popular Vote can be removed from consideration of the Elector Vote when there is concern that the Popular Vote has been compromised and/or is inaccurate due to fraud. “Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors ….” U.S. Const. Art. II, Sec.1 (emphasis added).
The State Senate and House of Representatives have to be in session for this to happen.
So, while in session our State Legislature would then choose Pennsylvania’s Electoral College.
BUT, both chambers are currently out of session for a month over winter break!
HOLD ON…THERE IS A WAY!!!
The POWER of our State Senate and House to call a special session in this situation is established by the US Constitution, Article II, Section 1, as quoted above.
Please know, our state legislature does not need “permission” from the Governor to call a special session.
The US Constitution trumps anything in the PA State Constitution regarding rules for a legislative special session.
And the Electoral College is never chosen by our Governor or our courts.
Therefore, the Electoral College should be chosen during a legislative-appointed special session supporting the rights granted by the US Constitution for our elected Senators and Representatives to REPRESENT the constituents who elected them into office to do exactly this—we give them the authority to be our VOICES!

The voting efforts in PA were entirely unconstitutional. No voter of any party can have faith in this election or future elections without change.
We were ROBBED of a fair election! My vote has been disenfranchised! My elected legislatures have the power to fix this independently of the governor or courts. You work for WE THE PEOPLE!!!!!
It is your DUTY and RESPONSIBILITY to call a SPECIAL SESSION and APPOINT PENNSYLVANIA’s electors independently and without consideration of the TAINTED popular vote.

The state legislature decides who our electors are not the corrupt Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General, and PA Supreme Court! All legal votes count! This election was flawed in so many ways! Can’t be more obvious!

The questionable ballots should NOT be counted! They need to be verified by BOTH republicans and democrats. If any were counted with either party not in attendance, they should not count! Also, they should be checked that they are not deceased voters or duplicate votes!
