I live in Smithfield, VA and I do not think the property should be rezoned. I went the the town council planning commission meeting and pretty much everything the developer was saying does not seem like it would be a good fit for our community. The proposed amount of homes they are wanting to build
is ridiculous for our small community. I would hate to see the small town charm of Smithfield lost with this huge development.

I am sick of seeing stuff like this being built every where. They are built cheap and sold for high dollar and a good gust of wind will take them down and if one catches fire they all do.
