We don't want our beloved town to become one of the poor quality cities that are across the James River. My wife and I moved here for peace and quiet. Not misery and chaos.

We need to keep our village small and safe.
The increase in traffic would be huge and adding 4000 people more or less in that area would be detrimental to the watershed.
