Battery Park Road and Nike Park Road are already very congested, additional development at that intersection would make commutes even longer.

This area way to over populated. Schools and roads are up to the standards for more housing and more people. When you have a one way street in both directions at a stand still during rush hour..something has to be done before more housing is breaking ground. Schools are being built but not for another 2-4 years, so where are those families kids going to go?? Roads are not made for all this traffic so what's the plan? These are questions everyone is asking but no one is answering!
