The idea of a hospital discharging a homeless person in the early mornings hours when no buses are running and they would have no money anyway.

The president must realize and admit the US made an unthinkable mistake in the 1960's, when It counted only food, as the only catogory for extreme poverty level.
There are currently over 260 Million Americans in poverty out of 317 million. Not just 40 million as the government tells us.
Sorry Bill, you have been homeless nearly as long as I have been compelled to work with the Homeless and the earning poor. No person should be force to endure decades.
Maybe now, someone will help you.
Myself I had bouts, but with help I recovered.
The economy has to become more caring. I am having difficulty getting our group off the ground but, its focus is to tell the population just how deeply homelessness reaches.
You or others can reach me at Jan Hoag PO Box 63461 Colorado Springs, CO.80962, or by phone at 719.645.7746. Call collect and say you are homeless.
