Let them be able to X-ray

I have experienced a lot of trauma to my body sinse 1996 from motor vehicles hitting my car. If it was not for Xrays and alignments from my chiropractor I would not have been able to get to a pain free stage. I also want to say that chiropractors were the only people that corrected my spine alignment, something I struggled with for most of my life. If it were not for the xrays we would not have been able to set my atlas bone correctly after each car accident as my head was sometimes to the right and sometimes to the left.

Even though I am retired from active practice, x-rays were an essential part of my practice and all patients went for them.

Sometimes medical treatment requires an x-ray. If you don’t want one you can always take your chances without one. People should be able to choose the care that they are comfortable with. Nobody is being forced to have an x-ray.

How are we to prevent illness and treat disease if we don't maintain our diagnostic toolbox?

The medical system is already overloaded, let's keep the load distributed so we, as individual, have ore choices to keep ourselves accountable for our own health. It's been this way for years, why change it now? Who profits from this? Definitely us as individuals.

The exrays I have had most definately assisted with identifying and supporting issues.

I have neck issues, the x-ray machine been really helpful, it showed exactly what was going on with my neck, I hardly get migraines anymore. I totally support the chiropractors taking x-rays as often as they need to.

X-rays are important to rule out issues that are unseen. I have found many things from blocked vertebrae, cancer, and abdominal aneurysms on this valuable tool.

This treatment has solved over 18 months of living with chronic pain from a workplace injury after trying many other forms of other rehabilitation therapies.

I have found NUCCA chiroptractics to be far superior to the neck cricking that they used to do. As medical practitioners, the chiropractor should b able to take an x-ray to see the state of a patient's spine. I urge you to allow the use of x-rays to continue. I have relied on chiropractors, in addition to physio and fitness activities, to keep me pain free since my back operation 40 years ago.

Why would a change like this be implemented without consultation.

This makes no sense what so ever, it is part of the diagnostic process in Atlas Orthogonal
