I use x-rays for patient care. I have found structural concerns, disease, and life threaten concerns! No MD found them. A chiropractic visit with a health history that required the x-Ray to be taken. Grateful I was able to help so many patients! And I will continue to make a huge difference in the patient’s health.

We need to be able to make our own choices for our health care. Do not limit my options.

Taking away the right of the public from having an informed decision about an X-ray is ludicrous

Chiropractic is a highly trained profession and I agree that X-rays are an integral part of their diagnostic assessment.

I was hurt quite badly. If my chiropractor would not have been able to x ray me right away the wait would have been even more excruciating. This is part of the treatment they provide. It is imparative they remain able to provide this as part of they're service s.

This pushes incredulity to new levels. I have no idea what kind of short-sighted imbeciles are merging in front of this parade, but I can't pink I do more effective way to relegate us 2 paraprofessional technicians and short-term pain relief. Appalling.

X-Rays are an invaluable tool for helping to diagnose a patient and then a great educational tool to explain what has happened and how we will make them better.

I feel that X-rays support and reinforce quality chiropractic alignments.

From the patient perspective the use of X-rays is what separated the positive results I got from my fifth chiropractor compared to the four previous who didn’t use X-rays. As a Chiropractor I see great value in the use of X-ray

X.rays has helped me as a patient to visibility see the changes in my body in my journey to better health. I also helps the doctor to pinpoint the problems and focus on the issues for treatment

Agree totally. I say that because I have had X-rays to help find my own personal issues and the X-ray is necessary.

The significance of radiographs as a diagnostic tool in chiropractic cannot be overstated. The benefits far outweigh the risks when used as a diagnostic tool rather than to just rule out fractures, dislocations and pathologies. I encourage you not to implement to allopathic, reductionistic model when approaching the necessity and value of X-rays when used by the chiropractor. It is my professional opinion it would adversely affect the care delivered for the patient.

Doctors cannot conduct SAFE appropriate care for patients without access to ESSENTIAL diagnostic procedures like Xray. ESPECIALLY to rule out conditions that would become contraindications to care. What happens when care is administered to a patient with back pain caused by spinal tumor that couldn't be diagnosed properly due to lack of diagnostic access? That does harm to the patient. Adequate measures need to be in place to allow doctors to safely and effectively do their jobs. End of story.

In my practical experience I have often noted findings on xray that guide my safe treatment of my patients, vital information that I wouldn’t have without these images, many not indicated on the initial exam.
