We, as citizens of Waverly, IA have determined that Tim Kangas lacks the moral and ethical sufficiency to represent the citizens of Waverly and hereby demand he immediately submit his resignation as Waverly City Council Member for Ward 5. We request a special election be held as soon as possible so citizens can be afforded an opportunity to elect a suitable and qualified replacement to fulfill the remainder of his term.

I hope this petition hold the legal power to serve as a legitimate petition to present to the proper entity for such requests for resignation and a special election as Timothy Carl Kangas does not represent our community the way a 45 year old should.

Tim needs to go already. He isnt doing anything for ward 5 and the way he acts is a total embarassment to this town. Get him out.
