There should be no access point on sunset. This would create traffic in a neighborhood full of children. This is an unacceptable proposal

I am also concerned about the safety of our neighborhood and the inability of emergency vehicles to access the Sunset Road properties adjacent to the site. Sunset Road is a narrow, dead end cul de sac. Access roads to the proposed sites, and increased traffic, will make emergency vehicle access to adjacent Sunset Road properties difficult, if not impossible, were there to be traffic congestion in this narrow roadway.
