We are opposed to rezoning 50 acres situated on the North side of Indiana Railroad, West of U.S. Hwy 231, 2.3 miles west of Odon Indiana from agricultural to Industrial use . The purpose of rezoning is to locate a timber Creosote infusion plant on the property. It's our recommendation that Daviess County Commissioners vote NO on this initiative
