I recently moved to Virginia to get away from the charter school I worked in. In doing so I have increased my salary by $12,000/yr, cut my commute in half, and now have a caseload half the size of the one I had in PA, and my administration is supportive and kind. I feel like I hit he jackpot but actually just got a decent job, never realizing how bad my school was in the first place.
