A democracy requires democratic processes, not the authoritarian takeover that is happening here. Experienced teachers are shown to be necessary for quality education. Experienced teachers mentor younger teachers. Teacher Education in PA is historically of high quality. Keep public education public with adequate funding for quality teachers.
