I have lived in this area my entire life, so have a lot of people around here. You cannot change our quality of life for profit.

I used to live in this area and I join in this opposition for my former neighbors. I now live downstream near Mud Run and while my water supply doesn't come from that, it will affect the pleasant area we live in. I don't want to see any property values go down as that negatively affects everyone in the area, and ultimately beyond as there is less revenue for Clark County. I can think of nothing good about this situation for the people around it and I always try to look at both sides of an issue. This is a slam dunk NO to the mining.
