Enough of the beauracratic nonsense. Do what is right for these communities. Option C is NOT right, appropriate or helpful in any way.

Please don’t create island for communities and make our children suffer by making unnecessary long commutes.

Very bad for the community. Selected streets are unfair. Those children will have to go to a “less desirable” school. Distance is too far. Kids shouldn’t have to be bussed for 40 minutes durin rush hour.

I grew up in RPE territory in the 80s, and lived the effects of poor re-districting decisions. While I lived walking distance to Wooten HS, I was to be bussed to RMHS.
My parents moved 7 miles (Yes, SEVEN) away so that I could attend a school I could previously walk to.
I ask you make decisions that MAKE SENSE and kids who live close to schools should be attending those schools!

Children should attend their neighborhood school. Since they don't want to do that by sending fallsgrove to Lakewood, they treat the neighborhood as a throw away, that they can did whatever with. Every step should be taken to keep these close to home. Regardless of numbers and statistics. These are kids not graphs and charts. Extending time on a bus in traffic. What other school does that in moco... none.

I am strongly opposed to Options C, D and E (C in particular). Options A and B make the most sense for our community. I had previously written in to support Option B, but didn’t realize at the time it was splitting a neighborhood. I support Option A, but can accept Option B. Thank you for your consideration.

Option A or B please. Ritchie Park has been way over capacity for too long...more so than any of the other schools in their cluster.

We support options A and B. Fallsgrove residents do not want any additional travel time than we already have! It is not safe or prudent to put children on a bus for 50 min everyday to get to their local elementary school. It is just preposterous. Thank you

Keep Horizon Hill neighborhood in the Ritchie Park ES district.

Please reconsider Option C from a safety point of view. 10+ miles of stressful driving potentially for hundreds of families during rush hour times? Not at all safe for this part of Montgomery County.
