Laundry prices are indeed ridiculous. And I didn't even know about the stuff with the cinema and games room. When signing the contract I asked about that and apparently they didn't correctly answer it at all.
I was also kind of surprised of there being no TV connection with COAX-cable. They told me a TV connection was available and when I asked about it at the check-in he said they decided to remove that months ago. Quite weird that they didn't mention it at the signing of the contract. The information you get at the signing of the contract doesn't match what you eventually get.

This sums up pretty much everything. Got a couple of suggestions:
The foul smell in the fourth floor common area is basically making it unusable. That should account for a part of the service costs as well. Also, they should fix the drainage system infront of the bike sheds, because a lot of dirty water accumulates over there everytime it rains heavily. Add to that all the unsorted rubbish that just keeps lying around and we have our own germ-park; don't think anyone wants that.

I don't think they should be even charging for the cinema or common kitchen. I don't even support the increase in rent to have full time access to the cinema. I don't feel paying even a penny more is worth the services they are providing.

I agree with we stated problem. Especially additional cost of cleaning service which doesn't do its work properly or at all. In my contract was final rent 616e. Now they added 7.95e to those 616e!

It is our right to use the common area, so it should be free at all times. And the high cost of laundry need to be changed as well. Not to mention there are many things still with problem now, internet for example. Please help to build a better environment for the tenants, thank you.

Also the common areas and lifts stink. Since we are being charged for maintenance and common area cleaning, I think we deserve some kind of air freshener sprayed at these places or the reason for the smell found and removed.
