Ms. Mulroy's conflict of interest and the Board's failure to address this matte are clear examples of the arrogance of power. Very much in support of this recall petition.
I see no reason why we all should have to pay for something that one condo owner has done to their unit.

Should have been an ab hoc committee up front with investigation and recommendation to the BOD. Unnecessary inspection of all units without corraboration of BOD or Suitors. The so called "contractor" (is there a contract) is in business to make money.
In agreement of immediate resignation.
An ounce of ethics would produce an immediate resignation.
It's a clear conflict of interest she should resign immediately.

Cindy should resign immediately. Please everyone request a copy of the engineering report from our insurance company concerning unit 141/241. You will clearly see why Cindy should resign along with Jim & Del. All three have know Cindy contributed to the structural failure in 141/241 since early 2016.
