Although our management and ownership say they have our best interest in mind, we are still being forced in to buying and wearing painful shoes.. insoles are suggested for our comfort but let's be frank that's not the problem. It's the obnoxious corns, knee & back pain, wet feet (bartenders). Not to mention unsafe working conditions with nonslip shoes. This petition is to repesent our opposition for the work shoes forced upon us in hopes that management and ownership will work with staff to find a shoe that is safe and comfortable.
